Not knowing – Better than knowing

It doesn’t matter the genre – You see it in all types (from romance to horrors) – And it makes the story or breaks it. Tension

To me, tension is simply the GAP – the unknown part of the story.

You don’t know what’s going to happen. you don’t know if they’ll get together or kill each other.

You don’t know if they’ll learn or leave.

Tension is also what sells.

The new TV show called “the patient” builds it up perfectly.
Basically, the story consists of 2 people talking in a room.
That’s it.

You’d say it might be boring.
But it isn’t.
Why?

You never know what’s going to happen. And really anything could happen. That’s exciting. That’s tension.

How does this work in selling?

For that you can talk to me.
